First 1001 Days Receives Funding from AIM Foundation

The First 1001 Days Movement is delighted to announce that we have received a three-year grant from the AIM Foundation.  The funds will enable a range of activities including the recruitment of a new Membership and Parliamentary Officer.   This new role will play a vital role by actively engaging our membership for maximum impact and working with parliamentary champions to influence policy and hold the Government to account.

Beckie Lang, CEO of the Parent-Infant Foundation said:  ‘We are thrilled to have multi year funding to support our secretariat role for the First 1001 Days Movement. This contribution from the AIM Foundation will provide additional capacity to enable the Movement to more effectively engage our diverse membership and wider stakeholders to drive policy change. We can’t wait to see what will be achieved for babies and their families in the months and years to come.’

Recruitment for the new role is now open and details can be found here.
