Summary
OXPIP are looking for a highly experienced parent-infant psychotherapist or practitioner psychologist to become their next Clinical Director.
They are looking for someone who could fit into their senior leadership team to lead their team of parent-infant psychotherapists. This post has specific responsibility for: the recruitment, management and leadership of clinical staff; the delivery and development of high-quality parent-infant clinical services, informed by OXPIP’s model of psychodynamic/psychoanalytic parent-infant therapy; the co-development and implementation of strategic plans; the promotion of OXPIP services within Oxfordshire and nationally.
There may also be opportunity to be involved in our highly-regarded national training delivery.
